Ordering and Shopping Information
How do I place my order?
a. The first step would be to register as a user on our site. This is done by simply clicking on NEW ACCOUNT on the upper right hand corner of the homepage, you’ll then be asked to enter your email address, name and password. (If you’re already a registered user, simply click on LOGIN on upper right hand corner of the homepage)
b. You can then browse our several products either BY BRAND or BY PRODUCT
c. Once you browse through our products, just click on the design you want, then click on your desired size and quantity. Once you’re done, click on CHECKOUT
d. You’ll then be asked to enter your shipping address
e. After this, you’ll be asked your preferred shipment mode (UPS or Postal Service)
f. The last step, in order for you to pay for any order you might place, you would be asked to key in your PayPal details, so make sure you have a PayPal account. If you don’t have one, it’s easy to sign up on www.paypal.com
g. PayPal will confirm payment and that’s it!
Is the site secure?
It’s 100% secure. We use a 128-bit SSL or Secure Socket layer to ensure that all personal and credit card information of our great customers such as yourself, would not be accessed without permission and consent.
How do I check my order status?
In order to check order status, you need to login first. Once you’ve logged in, proceed to "My Order(s)” section and click on "Click here for more details"
Why are some tees out of stock?
Team Manila Lifestyle comes out with shirts on a Limited Edition basis, even with our physical retail stores, to ensure you’re one of the few and proud to wear our stuff!
How do I pay for my order?
We accept payments via PayPal. As you may now know, PayPal can accept credit card payments or even straight from your bank account. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can sign up on www.paypal.com
Where can I buy your stuff aside from your online store?
If you’re from the Philippines, you can visit anyone of our stalls in the different locations below:

Why has no one has responded to my emails to Customer Service?
In all likelihood we must have received your email and replied back. We’ve found that in a number of cases, emails we send to our customers would be found in their Spam or Junk Mail folder, so please check that. If it’s still not in your spam mail, then this might be an isolated incident, but do allow us 1 to 2 business days to get back to you. It just might be one of those instances that either you caught us during the weekend or a local public holiday.
Also, During sales or peak demand times, our customer service may be a bit logjammed. If you sent an email and haven't heard back from us after 2 business days, feel free to send a follow up email.
Can I cancel my user account?
Login then proceed to "Edit your personal data & subscriptions" and click on Cancel My Account
Can I change my username?
Login then proceed to " Edit your personal data & subscriptions"
How can I look up my order number?
To check order number, login and go to My Mail and click on "Click here for more details". After clicking, it will display the order number in "Subject" For more details of the order, click on the Subject (e.g. Receipt for Your Payment to Team Manila Order #403423). It will display the web receipt along with the Order Number.
Can I place an order online and pick it up at your warehouse or store?
Yes. Some of you might want to do this to make sure you get the right size of your preferred design, since there’s a risk of it being sold out in our stores, given that we produce our shirts on a Limited Edition basis. You can order and pay
How do I send my order as a gift?
When you get to the page where you’re asked to enter the shipping address, in the topmost field, be sure to tag it as GIFT RECIPIENT
What currency is used on the site?
We use US Dollars (USD) for all transactions in our online store.
How do I make changes to items in my shopping cart?
Once you’ve logged in to your account, just click on MY CART and there are several options such as removing an item (by clicking on the circled hyphen to the right of the product name you wish to remove) and by changing the number of items in the Quantity field. Once you do this, just click on update cart to reflect these changes.
Do you accept International orders?
Most definitely. We accept both international and domestic orders, as long as our shipping provider can deliver to your location. For international orders, we highly recommend using UPS since this courier service delivers almost anywhere in the world.
To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and continue to the Shipping section of the Checkout process. Open the 'Country' pull-down menu in the Shipping Address section. If your country is included in that list, we're able to ship to your location.
When will my card be charged?
It depends on the bank, but most of the time, you are charged real-time, or in other words, when your order is placed.
Why is there a transaction on my card when my card was declined?
Your card is not charged when it's declined, though it may appear so. When a card is declined, the funds intended for the order are temporarily held by your bank. Since the order was never processed, the money will not be taken from your account. The held funds will automatically disappear after a certain amount of time, usually within just a few days, depending on your bank.
Why are there two charges to my card?
If you only placed one order, there will only be one charge to your card. There may temporarily be two transactions on your card- one is the authorization and one is the charge for your order. The authorization will disappear after just a few days.
How does the currency conversion work for international orders?
All prices on the site are in United States Dollars (USD). When your order is placed, the order total is also in USD. When it's charged to your card, your issuing card company will convert the total to your country's currency at the currency rate when it's processed. If you need to be refunded, the refund will be processed at the current currency rate. This may differ from the rate when your card was charged. Your card company may charge additional fees for conversion. Please contact them for more details.
Is my credit card info secure?
For sure. We don't store any credit card information (as well as personal information). When you complete your order on our site, you'll notice the lock icon in the address bar, and you'll also notice the http become https. The s and the lock mean you're on a secure server.
How do I view my order history in my account?
To check order history, users need to login and enter My Order(s) page. History will be displayed in descending order (your latest order will be on top)
When's your next sale?
We can’t say for sure when the next sale and mark down would be but do subscribe in our mailing list so that you’ll among the first to know, if and when.
How can I search for something on the site?
On the upper right-hand side of the Team Manila Lifestyle home page, you'll find a search option. Enter the keyword in the field provided.
Can I buy a sold-out item?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to sell your choice of product once sold-out. Our suggestion is that if you see something you like, buy it!
Can you send me a catalog of your designs?
Sorry, we don’t have a mail-in catalog since we come out with new shirts every so often. Feel free to browse our site though to see what we currently offer.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Our Email Marketing service provider for our Mailing List is iContact (www.icontact.com) . You can unsubscribe by clicking the "Manage your subscription" on the footer of the newsletter/s you receive.
Shipping Rates and Information
What shipping options do you offer?
INTERNATIONAL - We offer 2 types of shipping. For fast shipping and full visibility at a premium, you can use UPS Express Saver. For reliable but cheaper rates for shipping, you can use the Postal Service option.
DOMESTIC – We use Air21 for all domestic shipping within the Philippines, from Luzon to Mindanao.
How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping costs vary per location and are dependent on the size and weight of your shipment as well. You can find out the shipping costs in the SHIPPING step of our checkout procedures without having an order placed and without charging your credit card.
Can I track my shipment?
INTERNATIONAL - Most definitely, especially if your order is shipped via UPS. You may check the status of your shipment using the tracking number we give you on www.ups.com
If you chose the Postal Service shipping option, please note that there are some countries of destination wherein the tracking number can be used to find out the status of the shipment, while others may not offer such service (depending on the affiliate postal service in your country). If you want to have full visibility of your shipment, we recommend you use UPS.
DOMESTIC – You can track your shipment using the tracking number we give you via the Air21 website at www.air21.com.ph
Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
Customs regulations vary per country. Please contact your local Customs office to determine the amount and reason for the assessment of customs fees, duties and taxes.
When will my order arrive via Postal Service?
The Postal Service mode of shipping, although safe and secure, would entail a number of weeks before delivering to you. There is no definite timeframe (unlike with UPS) as to when exactly they can deliver but under normal conditions should not take more than 5 weeks. There are some countries of destination wherein the tracking number can be used to find out the status of the shipment, while others may not offer such service (depending on the affiliate postal service in your country).
When will my order arrive via UPS Express Saver?
Depending on your location, it usually doesn’t take more than 5 days for UPS to deliver anywhere in the world under normal conditions. You may check www.ups.com with the tracking number which we’ll provide you to check on the status of your shipment
How do I have an order shipped to a PO/APO/AE Box?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes and the like. Please be sure to enter a valid delivery address (a residence or office) in the shipping address section of our site.
Do you offer bulk shipping discounts?
Yes we do, which is why if you’ll notice, for orders of over 20 shirts, your inquiry is routed to our email.
How can I avoid paying customs fees?
We all know this is a common headache, but it is our duty to fill out the customs forms accurately and precisely. Please note that customs policies and regulations vary from country to country, but one thing remains the same: it is the duty of the receiver or buyer to shoulder and pay for customs duties and taxes at their country of destination.
To find out how not to be charged customs fees, contact your local customs office for more information. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes.
Product and Sizing Information
Tell me about your tees - printing, sizes, styles ?
You can find sizing information on the SIZE CHART link found on every page.
For the print, style, fit and other info, you can find all these on each individual product page.
What are the washing instructions?
Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron the print.
If the tee was printed using specialty inks- Glow in the Dark, Foil, Felt, etc, washing inside out helps preserve the print.
Where are your products made?
All Team Manila products are proudly made in the Philippines, with the strictest quality standards.
How do I know what size I wear?
For your convenience, we’ve come up with a size chart to help guide you on what size to buy. You can click on SIZE CHART at the bottom of each page.
What is your Return Policy?
Our Return Policy is quite simple, if you received a wrong order, meaning, the wrong product was sent to you (a product different from what you ordered), we send you the correct product and we’ll arrange for the wrong order to be picked up at your location. Of course, all this with no additional cost or hassle on your part.
